1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zevqara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of the service

Zevqara is an AI-assisted growth and marketing workspace for founders and agencies. It provides business recommendations, AI-generated content, website and competitor analysis, ad planning and creative tools, lead research, and related tools to help you plan and act on growing your business.

3. Our core philosophy — read this one carefully

Zevqara provides recommendations, analysis, and AI-generated content to assist your business decisions. Zevqara does not guarantee any business outcome, including revenue, traffic, leads, or growth. All recommendations require your own review and judgment before acting on them. AI-generated content and analysis may contain errors and should be verified before use in publishing, advertising, or other business decisions.

4. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your business, and to keep it reasonably up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Zevqara for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer Zevqara's AI features or infrastructure.
• Use content generated through Zevqara in ways that violate the law or infringe the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

6. Subscription and billing

Currently Zevqara is available for free use. If paid subscription plans are introduced, separate terms covering billing, cancellation, and refunds will be presented to you before you're charged.

7. Intellectual property

Content you generate using Zevqara — posts, plans, ad creative, brand and business builds, and similar outputs — is yours to use. The Zevqara platform itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology, remains the property of Zevqara and One Digital Development.

8. Limitation of liability

Zevqara and its operators are not liable for business losses, decisions made based on AI-generated content or recommendations, or outages or failures of third-party services we rely on (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, or Stripe). Zevqara is provided "as is," and you use its recommendations and generated content at your own discretion and risk, per Section 3 above.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Zevqara and request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, the home jurisdiction of One Digital Development, unless otherwise required by the law applicable to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Zevqara evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Zevqara after a change means you accept the updated terms.
