Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

We collect only what's needed to run the app you're using:

• Account data — your email address and password, handled by Supabase Auth. We never see or store your raw password.
• Business/client information — anything you enter about a business you manage in Zevqara: business name, industry, website URL, target audience, pricing notes, competitors you track, revenue and growth goals, and key decisions you log.
• Content you generate and save — outputs from Content Studio, the Business Builder (Brand/Business/Product/Services), Marketing Planner, ad recommendation and campaign audit results, and metadata about ad images you generate (platform, format, and the description you provided — not the images themselves, which are returned to your browser).
• Website scan data — for any URL you submit to Website Intelligence or Competitor Intelligence, we store the scan results (score, findings, and the AI summary generated from them).
• Chat messages — your conversation history with the AI Consultant, so it can be shown back to you across sessions.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide Zevqara's features to you: to run the tools you ask for, to give our AI features your business context so recommendations are actually relevant to your business rather than generic, and to maintain a history of what you've generated so you can come back to it. We also use aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share data with, and why

Zevqara is built on a small number of infrastructure and AI providers. We share only what's necessary for each to do its job:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and business data is stored here.
• Anthropic — processes the inputs you send to AI features (the AI Consultant, Content Studio, Marketing Planner, Business Builder, Competitor Intelligence, Website Intelligence summaries, and Advertising Hub tools) in order to generate responses.
• OpenAI — processes the ad descriptions you submit in Ad Creative Studio in order to generate ad images.
• Vercel — hosts the Zevqara application itself.
• Stripe — not currently in use, since Zevqara does not yet process payments. If and when paid plans are introduced, Stripe would process payment information at that point. Zevqara never stores your payment card details directly — that's handled entirely by Stripe.

4. Data isolation

Your data is only accessible to your account. If you manage multiple businesses or clients inside Zevqara, each client workspace's data is kept separate from the others. This is enforced at the database level using row-level security, meaning even a query bug in the app cannot expose one account's data to another.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that your account and all associated data be deleted. To make either request, email support@dma.onedigitaldevelopment.com from the email address on your account. We'll act on verified requests within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

Zevqara uses only functional session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Children's privacy

Zevqara is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Zevqara evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Zevqara after a change means you accept the updated policy.
